We hope that the clothes purchased at Sportive Plus will be to your complete satisfaction. If it turns out that an item does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 15 days of receipt of the package.
Return and exchange conditions
- Returns are free!
- The articles must be in saleable condition, i.e. the article must not have been worn, washed or tampered with. The item must also be returned with all labels still attached to the garment.
- No return or exchange without an invoice will be accepted
- Any merchandise that is 50% or more is considered a final sale.
- Panties, stockings and swimsuits without protective paper will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Items purchased in stores cannot be returned by mail.
- Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
In-store returns and exchanges
To return or exchange a garment in shop, simply bring the items in saleable condition (unworn, unwashed with all tags) and your receipt to any shop. Refunds, if any, must be made with the same credit card used to make the online purchase.
For a return online, here are the steps to follow:
- Fill in the form included with your order
- Put the garment(s) in the return bag provided in your shipment.
- Fill in the pre-printed return label with your address.
- Keep the small sticker with the tracking number for your records
- Attach the return label to the package. Be sure to remove the other labels to avoid confusion.
- Drop off the package at the post office. There is no charge for this.
- It's that easy! You will be reimbursed 7 working days after receipt of the package at our offices on the same credit card used to make the purchase.
