Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

 

We hope that the clothes purchased at Sportive Plus will be to your complete satisfaction. If it turns out that an item does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 15 days of receipt of the package.

Return and exchange conditions

In-store returns and exchanges

To return or exchange a garment in shop, simply bring the items in saleable condition (unworn, unwashed with all tags) and your receipt to any shop. Refunds, if any, must be made with the same credit card used to make the online purchase. 

Returns online:

For a return online, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Fill in the form included with your order
  2. Put the garment(s) in the return bag provided in your shipment.
  3. Fill in the pre-printed return label with your address.
  4. Keep the small sticker with the tracking number for your records
  5. Attach the return label to the package. Be sure to remove the other labels to avoid confusion.
  6. Drop off the package at the post office. There is no charge for this.
  7. It's that easy! You will be reimbursed 7 working days after receipt of the package at our offices on the same credit card used to make the purchase.
